We are essentially a community-based and people-focused company that believes in preparing and facilitating training in the spirit of personal growth, employee, and professional self-expansion. We achieve this by providing carefully curated programs and workshops based on proven methodologies, frameworks, and systems.

TMS is centered on addressing the human capital question: solving needs by providing solutions for workforce upskilling through a selection of soft skills and hard skills. The majority of these skills are tailored to corporate needs, with select programs designed for the public segment. Additionally, we offer technical and vocational education and training (TVET) through strategic partnerships with institutions and industry experts.
